KOBOKU requires a booking deposit for all services. We understand that some times things come up but we kindly ask you give 48 hours notice for any cancellations/reschedules to your bookings so we have time to allocate your spot to other clients.
Your booking deposit will be held for your next booking however if you do not provide us with 48 hours notice or do not attend your appointment your deposit with be forfeited.
Any pre-paid pack appointments brought at a discounted rate will be fortified if we are not given sufficient notice (48 hours)
Prepaid appointments that do not give sufficient notice (48hours) will be required to pay an additional 30% of the total appointment to secure a new booking. Please keep in mind messages on Sundays or public holidays will not be counted as this does not provide us with enough time to fill your spot.
All prepaid packages have an expiry of 18 months from the date of purchase.
If you do not wish to pay a deposit to confirm your appointment unfortunately we are not able to hold your booking. However, you are more than welcome to call on the day and try your luck as we may have availability.

Please advise if you are feeling unwell, have cold or flu-like symptoms. We will reschedule your appointment to a later date when you are feeling better.
We are taking extra precautions in the clinic to ensure your safety and that of our staff members. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to having you in for your treatments!!!
We understand that you may need to change your booking, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice by PHONING the clinic during business hours to allow us enough time to offer that appointment to another client. Please keep in mind messages on Sundays or public holidays will not be counted as this does not provide us with enough time to fill your spot.
Cancellations must be made by phoning the clinic. If you are unable to provide adequate notice of cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances, you may send someone in your place to avoid a cancellation fee.
Less than 48-hour notice will result in not being refunded your booking deposit. ***DUE TO COVID 19 WE WILL BE WAVING THIS***
‘NO SHOWS’ will not be refunded their booking deposit.
When a deposit has been pre-paid for a booking and there has been a late cancellation or no show, the deposit will be forfeited. In the case of pre-paid treatments or packages, 30% of the treatment cost will be forfeited and required to be paid to rebook
This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect the clinic's interest in the incident of late cancellations.
As a courtesy, we do SMS to confirm the date and time 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase and cannot be redeemed on products or for cash.
*Our vouchers are redeemable on our services only and can not be used to secure any discounts or sale prices.
*Please ensure that you present your voucher prior to your appointment, unfortunately, if you do not have your voucher we can not proceed with your booking.
*Any bookings made with a voucher that are a no show or don't give sufficient cancellation notice (please check our booking policy) will forfeit their voucher.
Vouchers are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

We reserve the right to alter prices without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on their individual treatment needs and personalised treatment packages purchased.
